Children's Privacy: disAbilityNavigator is intended for adults age 18 and older. This website is not intended, or designed, for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
If You Send Us Email: You may choose to share personal information, through an email, with comments or questions. We use this information to improve our service to you or to respond to your request. There are three ways to send an email through disAbilityNavigator: “Here’s What I Think”, “Ask an Expert”, and “Contact disAbilityNavigator”. Sometimes we forward your e-mail to other professionals that may be better able to help you. If we do share your email externally (as we often do in the case of “Ask an Expert”) we will remove your Personal Information so that your identity remains anonymous to them.
Cookies: We do not use "persistent cookies" anywhere on our site. "Cookies" are small computer files that can be transferred to your computer's hard drive. We do analyze our website logs and user statistics to improve the value of our site. Our logs and user statistics are not personally identifiable. We do not link these logs and user statistics with individuals that view our website. We use these logs for marketing tracking as well as system performance monitoring. How We Handle Privacy Internally

We take appropriate steps to protect your data both online and off-line. We use firewalls to protect the information on our servers. All of our staff must abide by our Privacy Policy and those who violate it are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.
