Who We Are
Cumberland Mountain Community Services Board offers Project LINK, an intensive case management program for eligible and interested females. Project LINK targets females with substance use disorders or issues who are pregnant, postpartum, parenting, or of child bearing age. Services are provided through satellite offices in Lebanon, Grundy, and Tazewell.
Project LINK is an interagency, community-based collaborative program designed to coordinate and enhance existing services to help meet the extensive and multiple needs of women and their children whose lives have been affected by substance use. Through the use of innovative linkages, LINK seeks to provide a full continuum of care by integrating prevention, early intervention and treatment services with health care and other human and supportive services. This philosophy promotes services that are recovery focused, person centered, strengths based, community based, accessible, and cost and outcome effective.
