Who We Are

Conducts legal, judicial and public education programs on small claims, arbitration and mediation of civil and criminal charges, settlement incentives, neighborhood justice centers, citizens advice councils, ombudspersons, and other creative conflict resolution approaches.  Encourages inclusion of dispute resolution in law school curricula and involves bar associations in dispute resolution activities. 



Conducts public and professional education programs such as the Multi-Door Dispute Resolution Courthouse Centers Project.
