Who We Are
Crater Community Hospice offers hospice respite care in the home. For patients being cared for at home, in-patient respite care is offered and the patient can be transferred to a contracting hospital for up to 5 days to give the caregiver a break.
Volunteer pool offers a few hours of in-home respite per week.
