The Rise Behavioral Health, LLC offers a mental health skill-building service that is community based. This service is for adults, with serious mental illness, who need supports and assistance with daily living skills such as: nutrition, medication management, learning to manage stress and other symptoms of mental illness, money management, and assistance connecting to community resources. The purpose of this service is for each individual to gain independence and stability, through goal-directed trainings, with the support of a Qualified Mental Health Counselor.
