Housing Rehabilitation Services

SERCAP's Housing Department provides Housing Rehabilitation services to low-income homeowners, including Indoor Plumbing & Rehabilitation, Aging in Place services, home inspections, and blower door testing. SERCAP's Housing Rehabilitation technical support ensures individuals are living in dwellings that meet HUD Housing Quality Standards.

Services can also include grants and/or affordable loans allowing the individual homeowner to make necessary water, wastewater and structural repairs to the home.  Loan Fund offers home improvement loans up to $15,000 for a variety of repairs, including roof repair, foundation repairs and Aging in Place needs.  SERCAp may also have Grant funding available to low income rural homeowners.
