Home and Community Based Care Waiver Programs
Cardinal Care Medicaid Waiver services are available to people at risk of institutionalization. Services for older adults and adults with disabilities may include but are not limited to case or care management, service facilitation, homemaker services, home health aides, personal care, adult day health care, habilitation, and respite care.
