Who We Are

The NAMI Family Support Groups Family to Family is a free, 12-week course for family caregivers of individuals with severe behavioral health disorders. The program is offered at various times during the year.  Visit What the Course Covers.



Current information about schizophrenia, major depression, bipolar disorder, manic depression, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, etc. is included in the course, as well as up-to-date about medications and current research. Focus is also on care for the caregiver and copying with worry and stress.  Call for more details.
