Who We Are
Advancing Community Excellence (ACE) provides funds to assist individuals in a financial crisis. Families in crisis, who are eligible, may receive onetime assistance for utilities, rent, medicine, food or another emergency. Help can only be provided once a year. This program is geared for lower income (150% of poverty guidelines), elderly and handicapped persons living in Williamsburg or James City County.
