Consumer Empowerment and Leadership Training (CELT) is a four-day leadership academy that gives people with behavioral health concerns learn the leadership and advocacy skills they need to make a positive impact on Virginia's behavioral health system. The program is offered at various times during the year.
Community CELT is a day commuter training program specifically designed for members within a specified community. Training and educational materials are customized. Call for more information.
