Dining with Dignity offers specialty flatware designed for people with a grip impairment. Silverware has been retrofitted with adjustable stainless rings that comfortably fit over the thumb and index finger. The rings allow people with various disabilities, including multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, stroke victims, Parkinson's disease and arthritis, to eat comfortably. Smaller sizes for children are also available.
