Who We Are
Phoenix-N-Peace's Adult Day Support Programs are designed for adults (over 18 years of age) who are physically frail, intellectually impaired or living with a chronic illness. These day or evening programs have a double focus. They are intended to provide care and support for individuals daily so they can continue living in the community. In addition, they are intended to provide family caregivers with a much-needed break from caregiving.
All Adult Day Support Programs provide opportunities for socialization and peer support, nutritious meals and snacks, participation in recreational activities (individual and group) and basic personal care. Between activities, participants are given opportunities for rest and relaxation. In addition, some of the Adult Day Support Programs provide special services such as health monitoring and certain types of medical care, like basic wound care.
