Who We Are
Louisa County Department of Social Services offers the Adult Services Program.
Adult Services Program offers home and community-based services to adults over age 60, and disabled adults over 18 years of age, in an effort to allow them to remain in their homes rather than move to institutional placements.
Screening for adult care residences and nursing home placements are also provided. Eligible adults may receive up to 15 hours/week home-based services, such as cleaning, and meal preparations.
