Who We Are

MADD works to eliminate drunk driving by providing information to the community about drunk driving; supporting law enforcement to catch drunk drivers; requiring ignition interlock devices or in-car breathalyzers, and supporting the development of technology to determine automatically whether or not the driver is above the legal limit of .08 and failing to operate if the driver is drunk.   Ways the community can help include contacting your legislators about drunk driving issues; being a designated driver; recognizing and reporting drunk drivers, and volunteering and supporting MADD.

The mission is to stop drunk driving, support the victims of this violent crime and prevent underage drinking.

MADD provides victim services.  If you have been affected by a drunk driver, MADD can provide services 24/7.  Call 1.877.623-3435.
