Who We Are

Central Virginia Housing Coalition (CVHC) offers a variety of counseling services to community residents. Certified Housing Counselors are on staff to help you with rental, pre-purchase, and debt management. CVHC will spend the time to give you personal attention to your current housing needs and help you develop a plan of action to reach your housing goal. 



Counseling Services include Introduction to Homeownership, Debt Reduction, Credit Counseling, Rental Counseling, and Loss Management. CVHC offers HUD-certified housing counseling.



The CVHC Fredericksburg office is located in Fredericksburg on 2300 Charles Street.  Call 540-604-9943.

The CVHC Fauquier office is located in Remington on 203 North James Madison Street.  Call 540-439-8690.
