Who We Are
At Planning District One Behavioral Health Services, Day Support Services are provided in the community to individuals with developmental disability. The program includes individualized activities, supports, training, supervision, and transportation that improves or maintains an optimal level of functioning including:
- self-care and hygiene,
- eating,
- toileting,
- task learning,
- community resource use,
- environmental and behavioral skills,
- medication management,
- transportation.
