Who We Are
Maimonides Health Center, formerly Beth Sholom, offers occupational and physical therapists trained to help each patient lead life as independently as possible.
Occupational therapists help stroke survivors regain their strength to again engage in daily activities. Physical therapists remediate impairments and disabilities and promote mobility, functional ability, quality of life, and movement potential through examination, evaluation, diagnosis, and physical intervention. Rehabilitation services may begin on-site in the facility and continue at home once a patient has been discharged from inpatient care.
