Who We Are
Harbor's Edge offers a short term skilled rehabilitation unit open to the outside community for patients discharging from a hopsital or with skilled and/or nursing needs.
Our short term rehab facility offers all private rooms and three chef prepared meals served daily with professional dietary counseling. Patients have access to the beauty salon for hair and nail care, and daily activities are planned by a full-time lifestyle coordinator.
Features of our short term care facility include:
- Physical, occupational, and speech therapy with licensed therapists
- Patient centered care provided by licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants
- Participating provider for Medicare, Tricare and many other insurances
- The Harbor’s Edge Health Center offers patients with 24-hour access to care from area physicians, nurses and clinical professionals, with accommodations in private, spacious suites with flat screen TVs and free wireless connection.
