Who We Are
The Disability Rights and Resource Center (DRRC) has vouchers for utility bill payments for eligible people. Eligibility requirements include:
- Must have someone in the home with a disability,
- Qualify as low-income,
- Be customers of Dominion Energy, Southside Co-op, or Mecklenburg,
- Live in the DRRC service area.
Most eligible people will live in Pittsylvania County close to Route 29.
